A real estate veteran since 1982, Elizabeth Fry obtained her California Broker’s License in 1986. After a successful career at a variety of real estate firms in Solano County, Elizabeth opened Showcase Properties in 1994.
Elizabeth is widely recognized as one of the most experienced real estate brokers in Solano County, and other parts of Northern California as well. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate, particularly land, land development, new custom construction, and country/ranch properties. She has a “hands on approach” to business and oversees the work of all team members.
Elizabeth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF). Formed in 2003, VPEF has raised in excess of $1 million for the benefit of students attending schools in the Vacaville Unified School District. She and Showcase Properties are major contributors.
Elizabeth is a member of the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors, a charter member of the Women Council of Realtors, a charter member of Power Players and a member of the Independent Brokers Network of Northern Solano County. She additionally is a member of the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce.
A breast cancer survivor, she and fellow breast cancer survivor Debbie Wood, co-founded the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation (SMSF) in the spring of 2004. In just five short years, SMSF has raised in excess of $350,000. The money is used to assist Solano County breast cancer victims who are enduring financial hardships because of the disease. SMSF also sponsors free mammograms to women who are underinsured.
Elizabeth, her husband Mark Shaw with their three children live on a ranch in Solano County..
